Auto Loan Refinancing with Central One
Love your car, but hate your loan?
If you love your car, but not the rate on your loan, refinancing might be the right option for you. Refinancing is a great way to lower your APR and may even reduce your monthly payment if you opt to extend your current payment terms.
Either way, we have a solution designed to help you achieve your financial goals. And, with rates as low as 5.12 % APR* you know you're getting a great deal!
If you have question about the process or want assistance with the application, we encourage you to visit your local branch or to call member support at 800-527-1017.

How long does a refi take?
If you are fully prepared with the required documentation, we will typically complete the process the same day (sometimes in as little as 30 minutes to an hour).
What do I need to have ready?
The items needed to make things go quickly are:
- a valid driver’s license
- your vehicle's registration
- 10-day payoff letter
How do I get a 10-day payoff letter?
To get a 10 day payoff letter, simply call your current lender. They can usually provide this letter via email or fax. Sometime, members prefer to come into our office to make that call, and that's perfectly fine with us! Please note, most lenders will not allow us to call on your behalf.
